It was an absolute pleasure working with Orin. His calm, genuine, and down-to-earth nature makes it so easy to connect with him and feel understood. From start to finish, everything felt effortless and smooth. He truly listened to what we needed and went above and beyond to give us great options that fit perfectly. What stood out most was how he advocated for us with the new builder — making sure we got exactly what was promised. It’s rare to find someone who cares that much. Orin was ask to assist me and my wife by another realtor by the name of Jasmine. Without going into any details I will pick up when I was introduced to Orin. We spoke briefly on the phone and got acquainted. Orin was very professional and listened to our goals as to what we were trying to accomplish. We met a few days later at the house, so that he could get a feel of the property. Once Orin came over and conducted a walkthrough of the property he put together a game plan to best sell the property. Orin idea’s were fresh and new which was very key in finding the right buyers. Orin did an outstanding job with locating a home for my family. He knew the locations the areas and felt that this would be a great area for my family to live. We were coming from out of state, so while we were in another state, he took the time to go by the house almost every week to see how it was coming along, and updated us on everything that was being done with the house. He was very detailed and always included pictures and video. We truly appreciate his time and his patience because it took us a while to even move in, but he was nothing but the best of help and supported us on whatever decisions we made to make the transition possible. We are forever grateful and thankful to have met Orin and we really consider him as a friend now.
