Orin was ask to assist me and my wife by another realtor by the name of Jasmine. Without going into any details I will pick up when I was introduced to Orin. We spoke briefly on the phone and got acquainted. Orin was very professional and listened to our goals as to what we were trying to accomplish. We met a few days later at the house, so that he could get a feel of the property. Once Orin came over and conducted a walkthrough of the property he put together a game plan to best sell the property. Orin idea’s were fresh and new which was very key in finding the right buyers.
